Ingredients
  

  • 2 large yellow onions sliced into rings
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

Slice onions
