Ingredients
  

  • pounds flank steak
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, mustard, pepper, salt and herbs until well combined.

Marinate the Steak

  • Place flank steak in the marinade. Coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the Grill
