Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling

  • 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 pound scallops chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

White Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Lasagna Layers

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • Fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

Cook Seafood

  • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add shrimp, scallops and crab. Cook for 3–4 minutes. Season and set aside.

Make White Sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook briefly, then add milk and cream. Stir until thick. Add Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Prepare Baking Dish

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Layer Lasagna

  • Spread a little sauce at the bottom. Add noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta, mozzarella and sauce. Repeat layers.

Top Layer

  • Finish with noodles, sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Rest & Serve

  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use lobster for a more luxurious version
  • Add spinach for extra nutrition
  • Use no-boil noodles to save time
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat
  • Use Gruyère cheese for deeper flavor
  • Do not overcook seafood to keep it tender
