Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 1/2 pound scallops cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped chives or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Seafood

  • Cook scallops if raw and slice them. Ensure shrimp is peeled and crab meat is shell-free.

Mix Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, scallops, celery and parsley.

Add Dressing

  • Pour dressing over seafood mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly without breaking crab.

Season to Taste

  • Add salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning based on your preference.

Chill Salad
