Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 –12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheese cut in halves
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Butter for toasting buns

Instructions
 

Prepare Meat Mixture

  • In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

Form Patties

  • Divide mixture into small portions and shape into slider-sized patties.

Heat Pan

  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook Patties

  • Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Add Cheese
