Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions
 

Heat Oil

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until warm.

Cook Beef

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Break it into small pieces while cooking.

Drain Fat
